Buhari suspends Nigeria Immigration boss, David Parradang

President Muhammadu Buhari has suspended the officer general of Nigeria Immigration Service, David Parradang. Mr. Parradang was asked to quickly continue on suspension Friday while the administration's agent representative general, Martin Abeshi, assumes control, as indicated by the News Agency of Nigeria.

It was not instantly clear why Mr. Parradang was authorized.

Be that as it may, the Nigerian government this week propelled an examination concerning how a needed suspected terrorist was allowed a Nigerian visa in Lebanon to visit Nigeria.

The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bulus Lolo, said Wednesday the associated terrorist was with "Palestinian extraction and dwells in Lebanon".

As per reports, the minister, Ahmad al-Assir, was captured by Lebanese powers as he endeavored to leave Lebanon to Nigeria by means of Cairo at an early stage Aug. 15.

He was apparently captured while endeavoring to go with a fake Palestinian travel permit and a legitimate Nigerian Visa at the Beirut's Rafik Hariri International Airport in Lebanon.

President Buhari had promptly requested an examination concerning the matter, and it is hazy whether Mr. Parradang's suspension has any connection with the matter.

Likewise, the Immigration Service under Mr. Parradang's initiative started national shock in 2014 after about 20 employment candidates kicked the bucket in rush amid an Immigration enrollment test.

In front of the examinations, an operators authorized by the Ministry of Interior, blackmailed N1000 from each of more than 700,000 candidates.

Notwithstanding raising almost a N1 billion, logistics for the activity were horrid bringing about the passings.

Mr. Parradang denied any part in the agreement. He said the Interior priest, Abba Moro, took care of the arrangement.

An examination dispatched by the Senate into the matter, finished without a report till date.
